Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 14 days of booking onto/paying for one of the courses or workshops, then your deposit or full fee will be refunded in full (this does not apply if you book less than 14 days before the event). 

Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5-7 working days for the money to appear in your bank account.

If you cancel more than 14 days after booking onto one of the courses or workshops, your deposit is not refundable. It may be transferable to a future event at the trainer's discretion, minus the admin fee (£15 for one-day events and £25 for 2-day events).

Once the full fee is payable for the course or workshop (usually one or two months for different workshops) there will be no refunds. For details, see the description of individual events.
