Full day creative therapy retreats for adult siblings:
You can explore together in a relaxed creative space, with Sand Therapy, Metaphor work, Pesso Boyden Therapy, Sound Healing and other creative and playful approaches.
Talk about any challenging issues and dynamics affecting you and/or the family, with support from an experienced therapist and facilitator.
Process and ease some of the painful issues from the past, which may have affected the whole family or you individually. Witness and support your sibling(s) healing work, and be witnessed and supported by them.
If you and your sibling(s) need to jointly manage and resolve challenging practical issues or tasks, you can work through these with creative approaches to problem-solving.
You may have disconnected from each other in childhood, or more recently. The day retreat can become an opportunity to re-connect and re-establish your shared ground - or, perhaps, connect for the first time).
Has one (both/all) of you forgotten how to play? Or perhaps never had an opportunity to play in a comfortable and protected space? This is a space where your child-like curiosity and playfulness are encouraged and welcome.
You don't need to have any previous experience of creative therapy to benefit from these approaches, and full guidance will be provided.
Whilst the expectation is that everyone will engage with at least some of the creative activities, do not have to do anything you do not wish to do, and we will discuss and agree any preferences in advance.
