I have been using EFT tapping for 20+ years, and I would not be without it. It is a fantastically useful self-help and therapeutic tool which can be used as an emotional first aid, for working with anxiety disorders, trauma, depression and addictive cravings, as well as pains and aches and a variety of other acute and chronit issues.
At the moment I don't have availability for new one-to-one clients or supervisees, but I may be occasionally available for in-house EFT training for groups and organisations. Please note that whilst I have spent many years training for EFT International (formerly AAMET) I am no longer associated with any EFT association and am an independent trainer.

The volume of scientific evidence to support the efficacy of EFT has been steadily growing, and the up-to-date list of research papers can be found on the website of EFT International HERE. EFT has been included in the Appendix of the most recent NICE Guidelines for treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, where it is recommended for further research.

I have taught EFT throughout the UK since 2006, as well as in other countries around the world (ncluding Norway, Russia, Kazakhstan, Israel, Sri Lanka, Latvia, Lithuania and some others) and presented at several EFT conferences and symposia. I have been a member of the EFT International Ethics Committee for a number of years, and developed a training workshop for EFT mentors/supervisors.
I have written a number of articles which can be found on the website of EFT International, e.g. the one on Doodle Tapping, an approach on using EFT with simple drawings, which I developed some years ago.
My MSc in Therapeutic Practice for Psychological Trauma research dissertation at Chester University (2024-2016) was on the topic of 'The use EFT as a Self-care Tool for Trauma Therapists'. You can access the full text of the dissertation below.

'I love your teaching style, which appears very calm and laid-back but is packed with information and thought-provoking ideas. You have a wonderfully professional approach but it is wrapped in such friendliness that it immediately draws the group together and creates a feeling of safety. I learned many more EFT approaches, which I'm now using in my practice to good effect. I particularly appreciate its use with trauma and look forward to helping my trauma clients even more.'

Astonishing emotional movement was witnessed on all those who volunteered to demonstrate the technique. This is pure, no baloney, powerful and healing stuff, all delivered with such down-to-earth humour while interspersed with insights Masha has gained throughout her rich career.

Although I have worked in the addiction field for many years I still learned a lot from the two-day training and the content and materials were superb. I have witnessed some very quick changes within my clients because of what I have learned on this course and I would thoroughly recommend this training if you are looking for an effective intervention to help your clients.'

This is such great training that not only shows you the skills but also how to put them in to action. I love how EFT is so easy to use and how quickly staff and young people find it so easy to pick up and use it straight away. Although my main role is in substance misuse, I've also used this with young people who have been having panic attacks and for relaxation, as well as with cravings.'
'I found the content of the training so practical and easy to apply in my work. The support it offers our clients is amazing, simple to learn and so beneficial for so many of the issues that they struggle with. My hope is that EFT will soon become a mainstream intervention, as it offers an amazing self support tool for our clients. They love it. It's great for the staff too!'

Within prisons there can be a number of serious incidents that need addressing such as self-harm, substance misuse and assaults, and through the training I have been introduced to a tool that can help address these areas. The great advantage of EFT is that it is transferable; the client can take it away and practise on themselves.'
'EFT with Masha was amazing. Every part of her training was inspiring and exciting. Her style, pace and detail were perfect. I now use this consistently with clients and personally. Thank you..'
